I was chair of Arab Culture Night. Two shakes came and sang and demonstrated the call to prayer. We then had the best dinner and then learned Arab dances in the gym!

The Orson Hyde Garden

The Orson Hyde Memorial Garden was dedicated October 24, 1979 by President Spencer W. Kimball. On that trip to Israel Elder Hunter announced to the media that they were going to build the BYU Jerusalem Center.

Garden Tomb/ Golgotha

Inside the tomb! It's really small.
Everytime I go there are always huge African tour groups there that we have to compete with
when we sing hymns. It get's really funny then they break out into unusual rituals or ways of worshiping. My favorite hymn to sing is there is "I Know That My Redeemer Lives" and "I Need Thee Every Hour".
Golgotha.
Bus station right underneath there!

I love food

My weakness.

FALAFEL.
Bread + Zatar spice
Gummies will be the death of me

I stopped because of the sign....
and he gave this to me for free....

so I had to take it!!
My first falafel (without the sandwich)!

This is my new motto for the next 2 weeks. I keep thinking of Tyler who would always tell me that I need to relax because there is no point in stressing out. Pshh right. Maybe true but it seems nearly impossible not to. Stay strong!!
